Structure of FUSION Student Ministries
The carrying out of the Philosophy of FUSION Student Ministry is the structure, the programming.
FUSION Staff:
A group of parents and other adults committed to serving Christ by ministering to the students,
serving their physical, emotional, relational and spiritual needs. FUSION Staff provides mentoring
in the discipleship process, love and acceptance on a relational level, and support to various
ministry events.
FMT:
A group of students committed to being disciples of Christ by daily spending time with Him – reading
His word, talking to Him, and following His teachings. FMT students seek to use their gifts in
ministry and make disciples. FMT students make disciples of other FUSION students through Peer Care
Discipleship, and of spiritually lost friends through Peer Share Discipleship.

Cell Teams:
An event aimed at creating community and placing each student directly in a mentoring relationship
with a FUSION Staff member. Cell Teams is a non-threatening environment where students are free to
ask questions about God, share about their lives and be held accountable. Cell Teams fosters
community and small group mentoring for FUSION Students.
316:
An event created specifically for FUSION students to have a place to invite their spiritually lost
friends. 316 is an exciting, weekly event where FUSION students can introduce their spiritually lost
friends to other FUSION students (which begins their connecting to a community) and the very entry
levels of introducing their friends to Jesus. 316’s aim is not simply to draw in students, but to
ultimately reach their whole families.
