Because FUSION Student Ministries exists for these six points: Form, Uplift, Serve, Inform, Own,
Nurture; it shapes FUSION’s activities. The Student Ministry has weekly and monthly events aimed at
furthering growth in one or more areas. In addition to weekly Bible Class designed to develop a
greater knowledge, and hunger for God, each week 40+ students meet in small groups with 20+ adults
for mentoring, study, community and accountability (Form, Own, Nurture) – these groups are called
Cell Teams. 316 is a weekly outreach event where students invite their friends and introduce them
to Jesus and FUSION Student Ministries through music, drama, videos, games, testimonies, and personal
relationships (Inform). Cell Teams have regular service projects, through which, students reach out
to the local community. FUSION Student Ministries also participates in various annual service
projects – providing assistance to various local individuals and organizations (Serve). In addition
to the Church of Christ in Friendswood’s weekly worship service, FUSION Student Ministries spends
monthly (school year) and weekly (summer) time worshipping God (Uplift).
